Details about the Innovation

Heat Recovery solution for Milk Chilling Centre is designed and developed by Promethean Energy Private Limited captures waste heat generated in the milk chilling process to generate hot water for cleaning-in-place and thereby improve the hygiene in the dairy supply chain. This displaces the traditional practice of using electric heaters, solar heaters or biomass to generate hot water for cleaning of all milk handling equipment and milk storage vessels.
